Customer has to include a copy of the invoice where the return merchandise appears.
FNC will issue a call tag or pay the freight back if the error occurred on our part.
Other wise customer is responsible to return the items. On some cases restocking charge may apply.
You may return the product with in 30 days for national customers and 60days for international customers.
The return item must be received in good condition in order to resell it.
For damage or spoiled items we will help you to replace the item from the particular manufacturer.
The return shipping cost will be determined by the manufacturer.
